Dimapur, August 13: The Mission Director, National Health Mission, Nagaland, Dr Kevichusa Medikhrü has felicitated M/s Ramietech Solutions, Kohima for their valuable contribution in the form of IT equipments, telecom equipments, softwares and manpower services towards setting up of Nagaland COVID-19 Toll Free Helpline Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System at the Directorate of Health & Family Welfare, Kohima.
“This was done from their part, keeping in mind the urgent requirement of the Department for setting up of a dedicated helpline to address citizen queries and offer call based services for the benefit of citizens in Nagaland during COVID-19 times. Their generous gesture has helped immensely in mitigating the situation that has arisen during this pandemic,” he said.
The felicitation programme was held in the office chamber of the Mission Director, DH&FW on August 13 in presence of Dr Khriezotuo Paphino, Joint Director, DH&FW and M/s Ramietech Solutions was represented by Kanchimong, manager of the firm.
