DMCEWU’s proposed agitation kept in abeyance till Oct 24

DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 10: The DMC Welfare Union (DMCEWU) has decided to keep its proposed agitation of “No Pay No Work” in abeyance till October 24 following a request from the DMC Administration.
The decision was taken in an emergency executive body meeting of the Union on October 7 wherein they discussed the appeal letter from the Administrator requesting to keep on hold the proposed agitation.
It may be mentioned that the Union had decided to launch its “No Pay No Work” agitation from October 11 if their demands were not fulfilled.
However, the Union said that after October 24, no appeal/request would be entertained. (Page News Service)
