DMCEWU temporarily suspends stir

DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 26: The DMC Employees Welfare Union (DMCEWU) has temporarily suspended its ongoing ‘No Pay, No Work’ agitation till November 8 following a letter from the Municipal Affairs Department, Government of Nagaland.
This was resolved in an emergency meeting of the Union’s executive body today, informed DMCEWU in a press release.
The meeting also resolved that if the Government fails to fulfil its demand within the stipulated period, the Union shall go for indefinite agitation and no appeal/request will be entertained.
