Dimapur, March 6: The District Level Implementation-cum-Monitoring Committee (DLIMC) of Wokha held its review meeting for the Chief Minister’s Micro Finance Initiative (CMMFI) at the Deputy Commissioner’s conference hall on March 6.
Deputy Commissioner of Wokha Ajit Kumar Ranjan informed the members that 17 projects have been so far approved by the committee, and stated that after reviewing the status of the projects new projects will be taken up for recommendation by the committee.
The DC urged all the banks under Wokha district to update the status of the applicants’ projects latest by this week.
He also said that new projects will be recommended after the completion of the first phase, and urged the line departments to prepare projects that are required and beneficial for the general public of the district.
