DHS Zunheboto holds monthly review meeting

Dimapur, April 17: District Health Society, Zunheboto held its monthly review meeting-cum-transition to fever-rash measles rubella surveillance workshop at CMO office, Zunheboto on April 16.


Dr. Akaho Sema, CMO of Zunheboto, encouraged and urged the members to put more effort to ensure smooth implementation of the different activities carried out in the district.
He said that good implementation is very important for any programme and motivated the health workers find satisfaction in helping the needy.
Sema also requested the participants for timely submission of SOEs. With the looming second wave of COVID-19, he urged all the health workers to be in their place of posting.
Dr. J Hokugha, SMO of Pughoboto CHC, shared about the new COVID-19 SOP and testing strategy.
Dr. Aron Murru, DTO at NTEP, brief the participants on national TB elimination programme. Dr. Nukshisangla Jamir, DPO (RCH & UIP), highlighted the current COVID-19 vaccination status of the district.


Dr. Shiela, SMO at WHO, shared about the strategic objectives to achieve measles rubella elimination, strengthen outbreak response, ensuring coordination — district weekly review meeting and strategic objectives to achieve measles rubella elimination. (Page News Service)
