DCs & DEOs inform on disbursement of hiring charges for vehicles

Dimapur, April 23: Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer Kiphire, Temsuwati Longkumer NCS, has informed the owners/drivers of all the private vehicles under Kiphire District engaged during the conduct of the General Election to Lok Sabha 2024 that hiring/ halting charges will be disbursed from April 24 to 26 for private vehicles requisition within Kiphire HQ & Seyochung sub-division at DC & DEO office from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
For private vehicles requisition within Pungro sub-division, disbursement will also be held on the same dates/place. Requisition order will be required during the disbursement.
Phek: SDO (C) & Nodal Officer, Transport Management Cell Phek, Tsenthungo E. Ngullie, NCS, has informed to all concerned that the hiring charges of private vehicles requisition and utilized for Phek district during the conduct of Lok Sabha election 2024 will be disbursed at DC’s office Phek (Transport Cell) from April 23 to 26 2024 during office hour.
Vehicle owners/ drivers may collect the same by producing the requisition order and ID card.
Mon: DC & DEO Mon, Ajit Kumar Verma, IAS has informed all the private vehicles engaged for election duty during conduct of General Elections to the Lok Sabha 2024 under Mon District, that payment for hiring/halting charges will be released from April 25 to 30.
All concerned have been informed to collect dues from the office of the Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer Mon on the above-mentioned dates during office hours by producing Requisition Order and Duty Detailment Order in original without which payment shall not be released.
Longleng: DC & DEO Longleng has informed the owners/drivers of all the vehicles engaged during the conduct of the 18th Lok Sabha Election 2024 that hiring/halting charges will be disbursed from the office of the Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer Longleng on April 25 and 26 during office hours.
All concerned are to produce requisition order and vehicles duty detailment order while claiming the payment.
Noklak: Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer Noklak, Arikumba has informed all vehicle Owners/ Drivers whose vehicles have been engaged for polling duty during the General Election to Lok Sabha, 2024 that payment of vehicle hiring/halting charges will be disbursed on April 24 & 25 at the office of the DC & DEO Noklak during office hours.
Further, the DC& DEO has requested all concerned to collect it by producing a copy of the requisition order, Duty Detailment Slip signed by the officer in-charge along with vehicle registration ID/proof without which payment will not be entertained.
Chumoukedima: DC & DEO Chumoukedima has informed that payment for hiring/ halting charges for private vehicles engaged for election duty during conduct of General Election to Lok Sabha- 2024 under Chumoukedima District will be released from the office of the Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer, Chumoukedima during office hours as per the Schedule: Auto, Alto, Wagon R on April 26 and 27; Sumo, Eeco Van, Force Traveller, Winger on April 29 and Pick up (T/ Mobile, Yodha, Super Carry) & Bus on April 30.
All concerned have been informed to collect the dues on the above mentioned dates by producing Requisition Order and Duty Detailment Order in original without which payment shall not be released.
Dimapur: DC & DEO Dimapur has informed all the commercial vehicle drivers/owners requisitioned for the 18th Lok Sabha election that the hiring/halting charges for the vehicles deployed on election duty would be disbursed from the Office of the Deputy Commissioner & DEO Dimapur, Transport Cell at Top Floor on the following dates: Alfa Alto, Tata Ace/Tata Magic on April 29; Tata Sumo/Tata Yodha/Tata Mobile/Alto/Bus/Winger on April 30.
The payments would be entertained only on the production of original Requisition Order and Duty slip, the DC stated.
