Dimapur, March 24: Nokchasashi, Deputy Commissioner Tuensang inaugurated Chongshen Village on March 24 at Tuensang as Chief Guest.
Speaking on the occasion, he thanked Chongshen Nyeba, owner of the Village for his selfless contribution of land to set up Chongshen Village. He added that every new village face many problems in infrastructure and development but it can be overcome through unity and co operation.
The Chief Guest advised the village council members to administer village in accordance with the Nagaland Village Council Act 1978 and plan a better infrastructure for any developments in the Village. He assured the gathering that the Department is always ready to help them in the future.
Short speech was delivered by Nusanglemba President CKS, Koma Yangbou VCC C/Khel, Chingmak President CGOA, Welcome note was delivered by B.Beshang VCC Chongshen Village, blessings by Rev. Achu Chang Executive Secretary CBLT and Vote of thanks was delivered by W. Chollen DB. The programme was attended by public leaders from neighbouring Village and Wards, and Churches from Tuensang Town
