Dimapur, May 7: In compliance with the Chief Secretary of Nagaland new guidelines on lockdown measures, the Deputy Commissioner of Peren, Sentiwapang Aier (NCS) has issued an order for promulgation of section 144 CRPC in Peren district to prohibit the movement of any individuals for all non essential activities with immediate effect from May 6 in between 5 p.m. to 6 a.m. till May 17 during which movement/assembly of 5 or more persons will be strictly prohibited and violation of the aforementioned will tantamount to punitive punishment under section 188 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
