Dimapur, May 6: In the interest of the public health and safety and as measures of abundant caution in view of the COVID-19 pandemic, DC Peren has informed all construction agencies/companies undertaking developmental works in Peren District to furnish list of workers employed in such activities to the DC Office at the earliest.
All such agencies have been asked to maintain movement registry of employees/workers entering the district from outside. Further, all such agencies are to identify suitable Isolations to be used as COVID-19 isolation centers for the employees/workers in case of any eventuality.
The DC warned that failure to comply with the order shall invite legal action as per relevant provisions of the law. (Page News Service)
