Dimapur, August 9: The Deputy Commissioner of Kohima Gregory Thejawelie has informed all the Gaon Buras under Kohima Sadar (Urban & Rural) that the Independence Day celebration will be held at the Secretariat Plaza.
Therefore, all the Gaon Buras have been invited to attend the celebration and be seated by 8:30 am.
In another notification, the DC informed all the Head of Offices posted at Kohima HQ that there will be compulsory attendance during the celebration. Therefore, all Heads of District Offices have been directed to attend the same. Appropriate action will be taken against any absentee, he warned.
