Dimapur, May 15: DC Dimapur, Anoop Khinchi has notified strict ban of Gutka, tobacco, etc. and prohibition of spitting in public.
The DC cautioned that failure to comply with the order, legal action will be initiated as per Sec 188 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). (Page News Service)
