Dimapur, April 22: The Zunheboto District AIDS Prevention and Control Unit (DAPCU) on Wednesday distributed 10 kg of rice to PLHIV patients under Zunheboto district and also those who were accessing the ART from different ART centres of the district and had approached for help.
The District Program Officer, Hokishe Chophy approached the Deputy Commissioner on the matter to help out the patients in need and the Deputy Commissioner issued 16 bags of 50 Kg rice to DAPCU, which was distributed to 79 patients. Altogether 43 households were benefitted.
The DAPCU also informed that the numbers of the members may rise keeping in view of the situation. (Page News Service)
