Kohima, November 4: The Christian Revival Mission Church (CRMC) Nagaland is gearing up to conduct “Festival of Joy” an interdenominational crusade for healing, miracles, signs and wonders from November 24 to 27 at Rüzhükhrie Government Higher Secondary School Ground Kohima.
Convenor of the crusade organising committee Zhaviu Pienyü along with co-convenor Viluo Angami and treasurer Niemhalie Theünuo made the announcement during a press conference held at Hotel Crescent here today.
Pienyu said that the speakers for the four-day crusade will be Apostle Dr P. S. Rambabu from New Creation Ministry, India; Rev Charley Senior of Soul Harvest Mission, USA and Pastor David Yashü of CRCM Nagaland.
The crusade will start at 4 p.m. on all days while Sunday will have a special morning service starting at 10 a.m., he said.
Rev Charley Senior will speak on the first day while Apostle Rambabu will take time from November 25 to 27 evening services and Pastor Yashü will share during the Sunday morning service, he said.
Pienyu said that crusade has been called interdenominational because every individual, including non-Christians are free to attend it as the event is focused on evangelism.
Everyone from any religion can come and enjoy the festival of healing, miracles, signs and wonders of Christ on the theme verse of the crusade “…but your sorrow will be turned into joy.” – John 16:20, he said.
The convenor also informed that free bus services will be provided from different locations to and from the venue of the festival, which will be updated in due course, he said.
Expressing the need for spiritual awakening in Nagaland, Pienyu extended an open invitation asserting that the Festival of Joy will be a platform for all people to come together and worship, glorify Lord Jesus Christ.
“When all the denominations and churches come together for one cause, revival will come to our churches and the state,” he said.
