As the Covid-19 situation is turning worse with more positive cases and deaths being reported in Nagaland, it is a sigh of relief that schools and colleges have been closed down. This will help in containing the spread amongst children. However, more strict measures needs to be taken to combat the deadly virus, which has become more dangerous now as different varients of coronnavirus are found in the country. The state government should also step up its medical facilites, increase number of beds for Covid patients and re-active Covid Care Centres and Quarantine Centres, so that people coming from outside the state can be kept in isolation. And for general public, COVID appropriate behaviour is a must.
