Kohima, March 10: Nagaland reported nil COVID-19 cases for the third day in a row keeping the State’s tally at 12,217, while 8 persons recuperated bringing down the active cases to 10, a health official said on Wednesday.
“No +ve case of COVID-19 reported today. 8 +ve patient have recovered, one in Dimapur and 7 in Kohima,” said Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom in a tweet.
The caseload includes 11,963 recovered persons, he said.
The recovery rate is 97.92%, said Director of Health & Family Welfare, Dr Denis Hangsing in the daily COVID-19 update.
Altogether 91 persons including 10 with comorbidities have succumbed to the infection and 153 have migrated to other states, he said.
Kohima district is the only district with 10 active cases which are all asymptomatic, he said. Other 11 districts do not have any more cases, he said.
