COVID-19 Nagaland: 2 new cases push tally to 12081


DIMAPUR, JANUARY 26: Nagaland recorded two fresh COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, pushing the caseload to 12081.
Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom informed that the new cases were one each from Dimapur and Tuensang.
He also informed that the State registered 3 recoveries from the infection on Tuesday, taking the total to 11756 so far.
The number of fatalities remained at 88, out of which 10 has been declared ‘not COVID-related’.
There were 95 actives cases as of Tuesday, out of which 81 were asymptomatic, 10 mild, 2 severe on oxygen and 1 moderate on oxygen.
As per the segregation of case, 4984 (41%) were traced contacts, 4667 (39%) armed forces/security personnel, 1857 (15%) returnees/travellers, and 573 (5%) frontline workers. (Page News Service)
