Dimapur, January 22: Nagaland’s Covid-19 tally rose up to 12072 with the detection of 2 fresh cases, one each in Dimapur and Kohima on Friday.
According to the Covid-19 bulletin issued by Dr Denis Hangsing, Director (ME&RS), the total active cases in the state now stands at 104. Of the total 12072 positive cases, 11738 have recovered so far while the state has recorded 78 deaths due to Covid and 10 deaths which were not related to Covid, while 142 people have migrated.
As per the segregated data of Covid-19 cases, a total of 4667 positive cases were detected amongst Armed Forces/security personnel, 1857 amongst returnees/travelers, 4976 from traced contacts and 572 frontline workers. (Page News Service)
