Active cases only in Kohima and Dimapur districts
Kohima, February 12: Nagaland reported 13 COVID-19 recoveries bringing down the active cases in the State to 77, while one fresh case today took the tally to 12,176, said a health official.
“One +ve case of #COVID-19 have been detected in Kohima today. Also, 13 +ve patients have recovered – Kohima 10, Peren 2 and Dimapur 1,” said Director of Health and Family Welfare, Dr Denis Hangsing in the daily COVID-19 bulletin.
The caseload includes 11,861 recovered persons, he said.
Till date a total of 88 infected persons, including 10 with comorbid conditions have died in the State, while 150 patients have migrated to other states.
Nagaland’s COVID-19 recovery rate has improved to 97.41% from Thursday’s 97.31%, he said.
The district wise distribution of confirmed cases are Dimapur (6,476), Kohima (3,860), Mon (605), Peren (507), Tuensang (248), Mokokchung (192), Zunheboto (142), Phek (47), Kiphire (41), Wokha (39) and Longleng (19).
The district wise active cases are Kohima (63) and Dimapur (13).
Among the active cases two patients are with mild symptoms while 75 persons are asymptomatic, he said.
