COVID-19: DoH&FW conducts survey on mental health

Dimapur, June 12: The Health & Family Welfare Department has informed that the Department is carrying out an online survey to assess the mental health status of people in Nagaland during the COVID-19 pandemic. Any person in Nagaland over the age of 16 years can participate in the survey. Frontline workers have been encouraged to participate in the study.
The Department informed that the survey takes about 5 minutes to complete. The prevalence of insomnia, anxiety, depression, somatisation (anxiety causing physical problem), and phobia (COVID-19 related) will be assessed. The survey will help the department to strategize future intervention measures.
