Committed to development, says Tovihoto


Dimapur, April 2: Advisor, Power & Chairman, DPDB Dimapur, Tovihoto Ayemi today assured that under the PDA Government something new would happen within the first 100 days, which also includes repairing of the roads within 60 days.
Speaking at the Thanksgiving programme at his private residence at Thahekhu village, Tovihoto said that in the last 5 years, there had been no stability in the government, but now with the PDA, there is hope that the government would be stable and deliver goods to the people.
“If there is a stable government, governance will be easy,” he told a large gathering.
Stating that people have lots of expectations from him in Dimapur-I assembly constituency, he said he is committed to bring about development. “Whatever I can do, I will do,” he assured.
He also said that to bring development in Dimapur, he would even work with the opposition MLAs as all are committed. “We often meet and will do something better,” he said.
Tovihoto also said that he would see that Dimapur is a peaceful city with law and order in place.
Earlier, he took the opportunity to thank his family members, in-laws and the people of Thahekhu village and Church for their support.
