Civic Reception for President of India at Kohima on Nov 2

DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 28: In honour of the President of India, Droupadi Murmu, a Civic Reception is being organized at Capital Cultural Hall, Kohima, on November 2 at 3 p.m.
All the Administrative Heads of Departments and Heads of Departments have been requested to attend the Civic Reception positively and also give suitable instructions to all the Officers and Staff of their Departments and Directorates to also attend the function.
All have been advised by the President’s Secretariat to be seated by 2.30 p.m. and wear face mask at all times during the function.
Meanwhile, the President and all office bearers of Central Nagaland Tribes Council, Eastern Nagaland Peoples’ Organization, Tenyimi Peoples’ Organization, Angami Public Organization, Ao Senden, Mokokchung, Chakhesang Public Organization, Phek, Chang Khulei Setsang, Tuensang, Nagaland Garo Tribal Council, Dimapur, Kachari Tribal Council Nagaland, Dimapur, Karbi (Mikir) Union, Nagaland, Dimapur, Khiamniungan Tribal Council, Noklak, Konyak Union, Mon, Kuki Inpi (Nagaland), Dimapur, Lotha Hoho, Wokha, Phom People Council, Longleng, Pochury Hoho, Meluri, Rengma Hoho, Tseminyu, Sumi Hoho, Zunheboto, Tikhir Tribal Council, Kuisam, United Sangtam Likhum Pumji, Kiphire, Yimkhiung Tribal Council, Shamator, and Nagaland Zeliang Peoples Organization, Peren have been invited to attend the Civic Reception.
All have been requested to attend the Civic Reception wearing their traditional shawls and be seated at the venue by 2 p.m. All have been requested to wear face masks at all times during the function. A cultural programme and State Banquet is being organized at the State Banquet Hall, Chief Minister’s Residential Complex, Kohima, on November 2 at 6.30 p.m.
All Administrative Heads of Departments and Heads of Departments have been requested to kindly attend the Cultural Programme and the State Banquet positively.
All have been advised by the President’s Secretariat to be seated by 6 p.m. and wear face mask at all times during the function.
