Dear Madam,
It is disgusting to see drains overflowing on the roads in Dimapur even when there are no rains around. The civic body needs to gear up to clear up the drains before the monsoon sets in and there is heavy downpour. Most of the drains are choked with garbage as nobody stops people from throwing garbage in the drains. This needs to be clear up from time to time and the civic body should take up the responsibility.
