Chemical industry trainees call on Governor


Dimapur, June 12: Five students from Kohima Science College selected for in plant training in Chemical Engineering by the Dharamsi Morarji Chemical Co. Ltd, Mumbai called on the Governor at Raj Bhavan Kohima on June 10.
The company had expressed their interest in providing on the job training for youngsters from North East India so as to enable them to get suitably trained, develop their skill and become employable in the chemical industry and at the initiative of the Governor and INFC, an NGO from Mumbai, a campus interview was organized at Nagaland University, Lumami and Kohima Science College during October 2018.
Five students from KSC and three from NU were shortlisted for training at the chemical industry.
The selected candidates will be paid a decent stipend and will be provided rent free accommodations and cost free canteen facility. (Page News Service)
