CFD appreciates outgoing Dimapur DC and frontline workers

Dimapur, August 6: Christian Forum Dimapur held its executive body meeting on August 5 at Bishop’s House Dimapur. In this meeting the members sincerely appreciated the out-going Deputy Commissioner Anoop Khinchi IAS for his unconditional support and responsibility carried out during this poignant and pandemic COVID-19 crisis as a district commissioner of Dimapur.
The CFD very happily recollected the joyful moments they all worked together with him and the whole administration. CFD appreciated the DC and all the frontline workers for handling efficiently and effectively the challenges and issues faced by the general public.
CDF also welcomed and assure their support to the new Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Dimapur District Rajesh Soundararajan (IAS) as he is going to take up the new responsibility.
The CDF members also appreciated and assured their prayers & support to the relentless services rendered by the Commissioner of Police, Rothihu Tetseo, Chief Medical officer CMO Dr. Tiasunep Pongener, all the frontline workers, Churches, NGOs, Civil society organizations, volunteer organizations and various individuals for your tireless efforts and in making the life of the people better during this crisis. We continue to pray for you all and assure you of our support.
The CFD further informed that it is planning to organize a day seminar and a consultative on “Churches response to Youth un-employment in Nagaland” on August 25 at Bedesta Campus, Dimapur. It is in view of finding new avenues for the youth who are unemployed and returned to Nagaland due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In this regard the CFD has invited all the Pastors and Church representatives to join to discuss and plan together to combat the burning issue, stating that SOP would be strictly followed during the meet.
The CFD also invited institutes and organizations working for the skill development to cooperate and collaborate in organizing it. (Page New Service)
