Dimapur, November 19: Chandmari/PWD/Midland/Town Area colony today lifted the football champion title of the 5th edition of the Men Fellowship, Chakhesang Baptist Church Ministers’ Hill, Kohima (CBCMHK) sports meet held here at Kohima Science College Jotsoma on Saturday.
The town area colony defeated Supply/PR Hill/Officers Hill colony in a tie breaker by 4/2 goals in the final match.
The culmination act was performed by Akhrole Ngachu, Sunday School Superintendent, CBCMHK by de-hosting the flag.
Altogether 11 teams competed for the champion title in the 2-daylong sports meet.
Meanwhile, Men Annual Day 2022 is scheduled on November 27 at the Church premises under the theme “Let us built up the wall”, where winners of sports meet will be felicitated with prizes.
Rev. K. Luruo, Rev. Dr. Vevo Phesao, Rev. Dr. Wepre Mero, Asune Swuro, Thujoneyi Veswuh, David Chüzho will be the speakers.
