Dimapur, Septembr 16: C-Edge College organized its 6th Parent-Guardian-Teachers Conference virtually via Google Meet on September 11.
Dr. Chubatola Aier, Principal, C-Edge College graced the conference with her welcome address. She highlighted that this pandemic has compelled us to pick up new areas of learning and living.
She further pressed on everyone to develop the right attitudes, to be productive, and build up sustainable lives and take this time to understand the changing times and changing needs.
A total of 81 attendees participated in the conference. An array of issues were discussed in the conference. Issues relating to students attendance and connectivity were addressed.
This was followed by reports from Daisy Shitio, Academic Dean where the academic progress of the college in the preceding semester was highlighted. Report was also received from Ikaito Zhimo, faculty in-charge RRC and NSS.
Blood donation drives were the center of RRC report where Parent-Guardian were encouraged to allow their wards to help the community in this grave hour of need. Parent-Guardians were informed about NSS activities where the unit chose New Showba as their adopted village and rendered necessary community service.
With an aim to make the academic progress of the students easily accessible to the parents and guardians, the contact information of all the faculties was given out at the end of the conference. (Page News Service)
