BSF Satakha organises civil action programme

Dimapur, January 18:The 111 Bn, Border Security Forces organised a civil action programme on January 18 at Satakha Town to cater to the needs of the local population, and distributed sports equipments, solar luminaries, RO plants and water tanks to the villagers of Kivikhu, Vishepu, Hoishe, Sükhai, Ghukhuyi and Satakha Town.
According to a DIPR bulletin, the GBs, council members and public leaders representing different villages from the neighbouring areas and Satakha Town expressed gratitude to the BSF.
Further, the public leaders said through regular interactions and visits on ground level, BSF tries to identify weaker and vulnerable areas where development is required and acting on the necessities, key areas are identified and picked where BSF pitches in and assists in various possible means, to the local denizens.
