BSE, ANPSA (Dimapur unit) donate to CMRF


Dimapur, September 23: The Bombay Stock Exchange under its CSR Integrated Foundation today donated Rs 5,00,000 towards the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. The cheque was handed over to Chief Minister, Neiphiu Rio today by BSE Executive, Surajit Banerjee who was accompanied by Shrawan Jain of Dimapur.
The All Nagaland Private School Association (Dimapur Unit) led by its president Ahoto Andrew also called upon the Chief Minister and handed over two cheques of Rs 1,50,000 each totaling Rs 3,00,000 towards the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. Out of this, Rs 1,50,000 is meant for Nagaland while the other amount Rs 1,50,000 is meant for Kerala Flood Victims.
The Chief Minister assured to transfer the amount to the Kerala Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. During the meeting, the ANPSA delegation also conducted a prayer for the family members of Late Imtikumzuk who passed away yesterday at New Delhi.
While appreciating the donors for coming forth voluntarily to donate generously, the Chief Minister expressed his thanks on behalf of the Government of Nagaland and stated that all donations would be utilised in a transparent manner.
