Dimapur, October 20: Jesus Calls ministry in association with Ao Baptist Arogo Mungdang (ABAM) is organizing a 3-day “Bless Nagaland Prayer Festival” at Imkongmeren Sports Complex, Mokokchung. The event will commence on November 8 and continue till November 10.
This was announced during an interaction with the media persons here at Tir Yimyim Office, Super Market, Dimapur by K Temjen Jamir, a member of the organizing committee and Zonal Manager of Jesus Calls, Sathrack Billygraham who looks after North India and North East India.
Jamir mentioned that Dr Paul Dhinakaran and family, who are going to deliver the messages during the event, will also address a prayer service on November 5 at DABA Yinsem Fellowshim (Nagarjan) and thus those who cannot be a part of the Mokokchung event can attend the service irrespective of faith or tribe.
He said that the programme is also a part of commemorating the 150 years of Christianity in Nagaland.
Giving a brief account of the ministry, Sathrack said that the ministry is serving the people for the last 57 years and it has 117 prayer centers spread across the country and he is expecting a good crowd.
Jamir had also said that the event is being organized by freewill donations and it is not being funded by ABAM or Jesus Calls.
