Dimapur, September 2: BJP Mokokchung district will carry out a special enrolment drive (Sangathan Parv) in all the mandals (assembly constituencies) in Mokokchung from September 5. The enrolment drive is being undertaken after the BJP Nagaland at its State executive meeting on June 18 authorized to continue enrolment of karyakartas, both primary and active membership.
The parv will be coordinated by Oyimpong Longchar as convener, and Rongsenyanger Aier and Takojungba Jamir as co-conveners. A team of select officials from the district, mandals, morchas and cells have been constituted to carry out the sangathan prav. The special enrolment drive will start from the BJP office.
All active karyakartas in the different mandals have been directed to cooperate and coordinate with the enrolment committee for the next few weeks.
