Dimapur, September 24: The Bihari Cricket Premier League 2019 began today at Ram Janaki Higher Secondary School Ground, which was graced by Advisor, Power, Tovihoto Ayemi as special guest. The tournament is being organized in memory of late Shanker Prasad Sharma.
Inaugurating Cricket Premier League -2019, organised by the Nagaland Bihari Samaj, Advisor Power, Tovihoto Ayemi exhorted the youths to take up sports and other physical activities to keep themselves fit and healthy and reminded that the nation is tremendously moving ahead in every sectors under the capable leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the present generations should prepare themselves to lead the nation ahead
He urged the gatherings to inculcate the passion to- ‘remain fit and healthy for a vibrant India’.
Tovihoto said, “India can reach the apex of development only when the youths of the Nations inculcate the sense of keeping themselves fit and healthy and contribute towards nation building in his or her own capacities” and added that youths are taking up sports which is a healthy sign for the nation.
Tovihoto congratulated the Nagaland Bihari Samaj for conceiving the idea of organizing a premier cricket league in Dimapur which will really boost the morale of the youths and it will promote peace and harmony in the state and assured every possible helps to the youths in their endeavors.
After attending the programme, Tovihoto tweeted, “Some of the beautiful moments today with the ‘Nagaland Bihari Samaj’, one of the largest non Naga communities of the state.
