Peace needed to attract investors: CM

Dimapur, June 30: Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio today inaugurated Future Group’s leading hypermarket chain Big Bazaar here at Nagi House, Circular Road, Dimapur.
Speaking on the occasion, Rio said that the new facility will not only provide quality products at reasonable prices to the people of Dimapur but it will also attract people from nearby regions of Dimapur.
It is a moment of joy that Big Bazaar has opened a store in the State, he said.
Rio said that Dimapur needs peaceful environment for business, as a peaceful business environment will attract other big companies and entrepreneurs to the State resulting in employment generation. He expressed satisfaction over the fact that ‘70% of the employees’ are Nagas.
Talking about the owner of the property Nibu Nagi, Rio said that Nagi has exceptional business mind and asked aspiring Naga entrepreneurs to see him as an example, have integrity and be consistent to succeed as an entrepreneur.
This is the fifth store of the group in northeast and first in Nagaland. (Page News Service)
