Dimapur, November 14: The 35th edition of Ato Area Sports Association hosted by Loyir Village (New Showuba) concluded on November 13.
President of Western Sumi Sports Association, Vikuto Zhimo graced the closing ceremony of week-long event as guest of honour and gave away the trophies besides lowering the association flag to mark the end of the event.
Hozukhe village team lifted GBs’ Trophy (Football) defeating Toshiho village team in the final. Along with champion and runner-up, two semi-finalists Loyir and S Hetoyi were also awarded cash prize.
Akum of S Hetoyi team who won highest scorer award for his personal tally of 10 goals scored hat-trick on two occasion. Dilo Koza of Loyir team, Hito of Khehoi team and Kinito of Hozukhe team were other players who scored hat-trick.
Best player award was bagged by Kakishe of Hozukhe team while best defender and best goalkeeper award went to Tokato and Kiyeka of Toshiho team.

Nikhekhu village team was awarded the best disciplined team of the meet.
