ASU says ENSF’s demand of 45% reservation unacceptable

Nagaland News

Dimapur, November 29: After Naga Students’ Federation (NSF) raised concerns over the 45% reservation demand of the Eastern Naga Students’ Federation (ENSF), the Angami Students’ Union (ASU) today said that it is totally against the ENSF’s demand of 45% reservation and added it is totally unreasonable, unfair, selfish and arrogant.
“It is entirely and absolutely unacceptable,” the ASU said in a press release issued by its president, Vizokho Zashümo and general secretary, Petekhrietuo Kiewhuo.
Stating that such detrimental factor cannot be allowed to be implemented, the ASU said such destructive policy would destroy the very fragile society.
It asserted that “we will resort to every possible democratic action against the implementation of the ENSF’s demand by the government.”
