Arsenal Nagaland extends helping hand

Dimapur, June 2: Members of the official Arsenal Supporters’ Club Nagaland contributed 1000 kgs of rice to the International Red Cross Society, Nagaland, who distributed the same to the needy as well as handing out refreshments to the frontline workers in various parts of Dimapur even as the world and Nagaland continue to battle the dreaded Covid-19 virus.
The Arsenal Supporters Club, Nagaland edition, was established in 2018 and the current chairman of the group is Orenthung Ovung. In order to reach out to those in need, the Arsenal Supporters club felt that this small gesture would go a long way in reaching out to someone in need.
In a press release, the ANSC Secretary, Imna Longkumer, thanked the IRCS for being forthcoming and giving them the opportunity to serve the people through the ambit of their club, Arsenal FC. Currently, there are more than 500 members in the official Arsenal Nagaland Supporters Trust.(Page News Service)
