AR organises medical camp at Yezashi

Dimapur, April 2: The Assam Rifles, in line with their ongoing commitment to community service, organised a medical camp for the villagers of Yezashi (Aghunato) in Zunheboto District on March 30.
The camp aimed to address the healthcare needs of the local population, many of whom face challenges in accessing medical facilities.
With a dedicated team of medical professionals and support staff, the camp offered a wide range of essential healthcare services. These services included general check-ups, consultations, screenings, and the distribution of medicines, catering to diverse range of medical requirements.
The event witnessed a significant turnout, with 324 individuals availing themselves of the opportunity to receive medical attention and advice. Many travelled from remote areas to benefit from the services provided by the Assam Rifles medical team.
As the medical camp concluded, the Assam Rifles reaffirmed their commitment to continuing such initiatives in the future. They aim to ensure that healthcare remains accessible to all, particularly those in underserved and remote areas.
