ANSPA conducts quiz competition

Dimapur, October 22: The All Nagaland Private Schools’ Association (ANPSA) organized the state level quiz completion at NBCC Platinum Jubilee hall today. Eight schools from different district units participated the grand finale.
At the inaugural function of the quiz-finale, PJ Nathan, Principal of Mount Sinai Hr Sec School Kohima, said the event is not only for finding out the winner, it is also to unite all the schools of Nagaland and to enrich students to prepare the future platform for working together.
Earlier, in the month of September, ANPSA had organized district level quiz competition and every district unit selected two schools each to the state level competitions.
Vineyard School and St.Mary’s Cathedral Hr Sec Schools represented Kohima unit. St.Antony’s School,Thenyipe and Little Flower School Dimapur represented Dimapur unit, the Wokha unit was represented by Perennial Montessori School and Fernbrook while Zunheboto unit with Olympic andStep by Step School.
Quiz master, Ajit John, the headmaster of St.Joh’s School encouraged the students by conducting the finale.
St.Antony’s School Thenyipe became the State champion of the year 2019 followed by Olympic School Zunheboto and Perennial School Wokha took away the second and third prizes. In the concluding ceremony the president of All Nagaland Private School Association (ANPSA), Nini Sekhose gave away the cash prizes and certificates to the winners and the participants.
