ANCSU, SKK condemns robbery attempt at KPA

Dimapur, June 25: The All Nagaland College Students’ Union (ANCSU) has vehemently condemned the robbery attempt made by unknown miscreants at Khelhoshe Polytechnic Atoizu on June 23 damaging properties and creating fear psychosis in the minds of the students.
In a release, ANCSU said it had made several appeals to the State Government to set up a police outpost in educational institution to make sure that the students and the infrastructure will be secured, but so far the Government has not responded positively. It mentioned that not for the first time such kind of incidents has occurred and the responsibility of the localities to be vigilant on such issues is imperative.
ANCSU appealed to the law enforcing agencies to look into the matter immediately and book the culprits as per the law. It again appealed to the Government to immediately set up a police outpost to protect the education institution from anti-social elements so that the technical students and the faculty members won’t find any difficulties to pursue and impart education.
SKK: The All Sumi Students’ Union (SKK) has strongly condemned the attempted robbery at Khelhoshe Polytechnic Atoizu by miscreants.
Stating that it has taken serious view of the incident, SKK has called upon the law enforcing agency to book the culprit at the earliest and take necessary action.
Further, the All Sumi Students Union(SKK) has convened a meeting in this regards, and requested KPA authority, administrations (Atoizu), Asukhuto Town GBs/Town council and surrounding village GBs/village councils for a joint meeting on June 28, at 11 am at KPA conference Hall.
