The graph of Covid-19 in Nagaland is rising taller day by day and what is more alarming is that the fresh positive cases are detected from among the common people through traced contacts. If this trend continues, it will be difficult for the state health department to control the spread of the dreaded virus in the state. Dimapur town seems normal these days as no one seems to be worried about the virus, which is a dangerous sign. The SOPs are flouted daily by young and old and nobody seems bothered, the evening markets are overcrowded, but people seldom wear masks. In such a scenario, if another lockdown is imposed, we will be reponsible for it.
