AKIDA to resume LPG service from July 22

Kohima, July 21: Keeping in mind the welfare of the people, the All Kohima Indane Distributor Association (AKIDA) has agreed to resume business for 7-days from July 22.
However, the assurance comes with a 7-days time frame from July 22 to the Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister of Nagaland to take appropriate legal action against the miscreants involved in the assault of LPG drivers on July 4 & 9.
Having received no satisfactory assurance till-date even though a representation was submitted to the Chief Secretary, Director General of Police and Commissioner of Nagaland on July 18, AKIDA said it will be constrained to agitate again in the form of indefinite bandh of LPG distributor outlets in and around Kohima till legal action deemed fit is taken against the perpetrators.
