Air Wing NCC Cadets visit Virus Aircraft

Dimapur, July 27: Air wing NCC cadets of No 1 Nagaland Air Squadron NCC visited Virus SW-80 aircraft at Dimapur airport. More than 280 cadets are attending a ten day Annual Training Camp of No 1 Nagaland Air Squadron NCC which is underway at Pilgrim School Dimapur from July 17.
The visit was part of a flying training and all the cadets were excited to see an aircraft from a close quarter. Wing Commander Ganesh Sawant, Camp Commandant briefed cadets about practical aspects of flying and the aircraft which have been imported from Slovenia for flying training of NCC cadets.
All the cadets were given Pre flight training in order to prepare them for their first flying experience.
The cadets were pleased to hear the flying experiences of other cadets who had already flown sorties in Virus SW-80 aircraft. The cadets were thrilled after their first visit to the aircraft and looking forward to their first flying experience.
