Dimapur, April 21: The office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Nagaland has informed Drawing and Disbursing Officers under Kohima North Treasury, Kohima South Treasury and Dimapur Treasury that a list of 366 DDOs who have submitted wrong GPF account numbers and names, which does not match the names and GPF account numbers maintained the PAG’s database have been uploaded in the office website and can be accessed/viewed on https://cag.gov.in/ae/nagaland/en. under the column “What’s New”.
Sr. Accounts Officer, GPF Branch informed that the amount of monthly subscription and arrears are presently kept in the unposted items pending receipt of correct account numbers and names. The listed DDOs can write to the PAG office through email at agaenagaland@cag.gov.in for collection of the list of wrong account numbers and names.
The datas of DDOs having valid email IDs will be sent through email and those DDOs which do not have email accounts may depute their nodal officers for collection of the list of wrong account numbers and names in soft copy form during office hours.
The SAO informed that the data is not printed in hard copy for due to its voluminous size. The last date for submission of corrected GPF account numbers and names is 21-05.2021.
