With profound happiness and outmost sincerity, we the women members of All Dimasa Welfare Organization Nagaland (ADWON) congratulate Hekani Jakhalu on her historic victory in the recently concluded Assembly election and becoming the first Women MLA in the Nagaland Legislative Assembly.
We also congratulate on her being appointed as the Advisor to the Industry of Commerce Department.
