Dimapur, September 17: Dimapur police arrested one Peter Lotha (36) of Yampha village, presently a resident of Zakiesatuo Colony, Dimapur on September 8 last for illegal possession of Rhino horn. The seizure was made by a special police team following specific input that the Rhino horn was being sold for Rs 45 lakhs.
