On implementation “Odd-Even” traffic rules in Dimapur

Dear Madam, The introduction of “Odd-Even” traffic rule in Dimapur was seen as an attempt to ease traffic congestion, but it does not seem to solve the issue. Moreover, both odd and even number vehicles are seen plying almost daily in Dimapur town without any restriction. Besides, parking of vehicles from morning till afternoon on both sides of the roads in the busy town also adds to traffic woes. Imagine what would be the scenario when officially both odd and even number vehicles are allowed to ply in Dimapur town....
