Cops foil NSCN(U) plan to kill ‘renowned’ person in Arunachal

Itanagar, August 3: The Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Arunachal Pradesh Police have arrested a militant of the NSCN (Unification) group and claimed to have foiled the banned outfit's plan to kill a "renowned" person here.
