With the objective to help the weavers to showcase their product and also to generate revenue, a Special Handloom Expo, Sekrenyi North-East Region Textile Promotion Scheme (NERTPS), was inaugurated on 15th February 2021 at Urban Haat, Dimapur by Deputy Commissioner Dimapur, Rajesh Soundararajan, IAS. The Handloom Expo is funded by Development Commissioner (Handloom), Ministry of Textiles, Government of India. Altogether 30 stalls have been put up as per the guidelines of Ministry of Textiles.

As part of its initiative to create awareness about safety protocols amidst the Covind-19 pandemic, Everyday Salt distributed 700 masks in Dimapur at two different locations i.e. near Delux Police Point & G S Road on January 29, 2021. The distribution was done with the support of Dimapur based Murti Films Creation (Munna Yadav, Actor), Sentinaro & Preeti Sumi, member of Murti Films Creation, who were among the volunteers during the distribution on Friday. Everyday Salt plans to distribute 10,000 mask throughout northeast under this initiative.
