Dimapur, December 8: Dimapur police has notified that all assemblies and processions on public roads or in public streets or thoroughfares in Dimapur District must be conducted with permit/license without which, the assembly or procession shall be deemed to be unlawful assembly.
In a press release, police directed interested parties to obtain permit/license from the office of the Commissioner of Police, Dimapur. (Page News Service)
