KCCI to organise night carnival

The Kohima Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI) will be organising its annual Hornbill Night Carnival.
It will start issuing forms from November 12 and the last date of submission will be November 16, informed a press release.

Food stalls, local crafts/handicraft items, indigenous food etc., promoting local entrepreneurs will be given preferences, including previous stall holders, it stated.
The KCCI also request all the shop owners/trading community to give a fresh coat of paint and whitewash to their shutters and premises, and fix proper LED lights and decorate their shop facades with Christmas lightings on or before November 15.
“This appeal is made to promote business during the festive season as well as to usher in the Hornbill Night Carnival and also the best decorated building will also be awarded in the event,” it stated.
