Dimapur DC, CSOs meet: Deadlock continues

Nagaland News

DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 8: A meeting of DC Dimapur with the Core Committee of Civil Society Organization against the shifting of DC Office Dimapur today failed to break the deadlock with the Committee insisting that until the State government revoke/cancel the order No.GAB-8/DMP/63/2100(Pt)/249, dated 07.09.2021 issued by the Principal Secretary, Home, by way of an official notification, the protest shall continue indefinitely with intense approach.
A press release by the core committee informed that the DC, Dimapur, convened the meeting today and verbally conveyed that the State Government has put on hold its earlier order and assured that no branch/cell shall be shifted from the present office.
However, the core committee reiterated that until the Government revoke/cancels the order by way of an official notification, the protest shall continue indefinitely with intense approach.
